1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the fm77 platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. fm77 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version published on this page at the time of your use is the version that applies to your account. Continued use of the fm77 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.
3Eligibility
Use of the fm77 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria. fm77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts that do not comply.
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the fm77 platform.
- You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services in your jurisdiction.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any responsible gaming register applicable to you.
- You must register only one account. Multiple accounts for the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.
- You must not be an employee, officer, director, or contractor of fm77 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game suppliers.
4Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of fm77 services you must create a registered account. Registration requires accurate and complete personal information. fm77 may request additional KYC identity verification documents at any point, particularly in connection with withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your username or password with any third party.
- All account activity conducted through your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.
- You must notify fm77 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
- fm77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these terms, or a risk to platform integrity.
- Players must keep registered contact details including mobile number and email address up to date. fm77 is not liable for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information.
fm77 uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted through the platform. Optional two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all accounts.
5Deposits and Withdrawals
fm77 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method and are shown in your account dashboard.
- All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the sender where possible.
- Deposits are credited to your fm77 account in real time or within the processing window stated for your chosen method. fm77 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or mobile wallet provider.
- Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (return-to-source policy). Where the original method is unavailable, fm77 may approve an alternative at its discretion.
- KYC verification may be required before a withdrawal above the threshold specified in your account is processed. Players must provide valid government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.
- fm77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where there are grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms.
- fm77 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside fm77's control and are the player's responsibility.
Currency: All transactions on fm77 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Amounts shown in your account are in BDT. fm77 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
6Bonuses and Promotions
fm77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer in your account's Promotions section. Where a specific offer's terms conflict with these general terms, the specific offer's terms prevail.
- Bonuses are available to players who have fully completed registration and, where required, identity verification. fm77 may exclude any player from any bonus offer at its sole discretion.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. A qualifying deposit meets the minimum amount stated in the welcome bonus offer terms.
- All bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement is stated in each offer's specific terms.
- Attempting to withdraw bonus funds or associated winnings before all wagering requirements are met may result in the forfeiture of those funds and cancellation of the withdrawal request.
- fm77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is amended after crediting, the version active at the time of crediting governs your use of those funds.
7Responsible Gaming
fm77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a suite of tools to help players manage their activity, all accessible from the Responsible Gaming section of your account dashboard.
- Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately. Increases to an existing limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
- Session time limits: players may set a maximum session duration. When the limit is reached, the session is automatically ended and the player must log in again to continue.
- Cooling-off periods: players may take a break by requesting a cooling-off of 24 hours up to 6 weeks. The account remains open but wagering is suspended for the duration.
- Self-exclusion: players who feel gambling is becoming a problem may request self-exclusion for between 6 months and 5 years. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Contact fm77 support to request self-exclusion.
8Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fm77 platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. fm77 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
- Opening or operating more than one account on the fm77 platform, whether under your own name or any alias, for any purpose including bonus abuse.
- Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or platform systems to gain an unfair financial advantage. Winnings from such exploitation will be voided.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform in ways not available through the standard user interface.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or circumvent platform security measures.
Anti-Fraud Notice: fm77 employs continuous automated monitoring to detect prohibited activity. Where confirmed, fm77 reserves the right to void all affected bets, forfeit account balances, and permanently close the account without further notice.
9Intellectual Property
All content on the fm77 platform — including the fm77 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of fm77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of fm77.
Game content displayed on the fm77 platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi. All game-related intellectual property rights belong to the respective studios.
10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fm77's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. fm77 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage of any nature.
- fm77 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond fm77's reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions.
- fm77 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these terms, including losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by a player sharing their credentials.
- In the event of a game error, software malfunction, or palpable error resulting in an incorrect outcome being displayed, fm77 reserves the right to void all affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-error state.
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits fm77's liability for death or personal injury caused by fm77's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11Privacy and Data Protection
fm77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating an account and using the platform, you consent to fm77 collecting, storing, and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. fm77 does not sell personal data to third parties.

12Amendments and Governing Law
fm77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, fm77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the fm77 platform shall be subject to the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which fm77 operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through fm77's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. Players retain their statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely approximates the original intent.
